Obelisks, covered by large furs offering insulation, hold the space of the Vietnam War Memorial that is now used for the independent sale of steam-powered weaponry. The Bazaar would not allow the sale of these somewhat experimental and controversial weapons within their bounds so the proprietor, Marshuan “the Marshall” Williams, staked claim as near to the market as he could. The Marshall’s weapons are inspired by Dreamer steam-technology. The premise is heavily guarded and is a known spot for shady characters to appear. The Marshall himself has no official record of indecency. If someone in Milwaukee has one of these steam weapons in their possession, it was most likely purchased here.
